Anong Negosyo Ito?

Isa sa pinakamabisang paraan para maka-engganyo ng mga mamimili ang isang DXN distributor ay ang paggamit ng "word of mouth marketing" sa paghikayat sa ibang tao na subukan ang mga produkto na na-i-rekomenda na ng kani-kanilang kaibigan, miyembro man o hindi, na nakasubok na ng produktong DXN at napatunayang maganda ito para sa kaniyang kalusugan.

Ang paraan na ito ay tinatawag din na "referral marketing", "network marketing", "MLM (Multi Level Marketing)" kung saan ay nagkakaroon ng diskwento, benepisyong pam-pinansyal at marami pang karagdagang insentibo para sa mga miyembro at sa mga magbabalak na magmember sa DXN.

Ang stratehiyang MLM (Multi Level Marketing) ay offered na as a masteral degree sa mga universities ng Singapore. Sa Pilipinas ito ay offered as course ng La Salle University. Samantala sa DXN International ito ay aktuwal na na ginagawa ng mga DXN distributors sa negosyong DXN.

At para maging maunlad lalo ang negosyong DXN, ang isang distributor ay dapat bigyan ng sapat na oras at panahon ang negosyo. Gamitin niya ang mga produkto. Huwag tamarin sa pagkukuwento sa ibang tao o mga target consumers at sa mga taong may gusto rin na maging DXN partners patungkol sa mga produktong pangkalusugan. Buhayin ang kaniyang network. Diligan, alagaan at arugain ang kaniyang ipinunla para ito ay mabuhay ng maayos, lumago at mamunga!

Ang DXN International ay nagsimula sa Malaysia sa taong 1993. Ang founder at CEO nito ay si Dato Dr. Lim Siow Jin. Bagama't siya ay isang Civil Engineer, nag-aral at nagtapos sa Indian Institute of Technology – ay kaniya pa rin ipinagpatuloy ang hilig niya nang siya ay bata pa sa paga-aral tungkol sa iba't-ibang klase ng Ganoderma at ang pakinabang sa kalusugan ng tao - na umabot ng higit sampung taon at pagkatapos noon ay kaniyang itinayo ang kompanyang DXN.

Dahil sa tagumpay ng kaniyang mga produkto, ang kaniyang kompanya ay lumawak sa pandaigdigang merkado dahil sa mga taong natutulungan nito sa pangkalusugan at sa pangkabuhayan.

Sa taong 1997, si Dato Dr. Lim ay kinilala at pinarangalan na PhD sa Holistic Medicine ng Indian Board of Alternative Medicines. At ang DXN ay nagtamo ng maraming karangalan hindi lang sa Malaysia pati sa ibang bansa.

Ang DXN ay mula sa salitang Malay na "Daxen" sa English ang ibig sabihin ay "integrity", "trusthworthy" at "honesty".

Ang DXN International Marketing ay pumasok sa Kaharian ng Saudi Arabia noong Nobyembre 2003. Sa kasalukuyan ang DXN Saudi ay may sampung product centers na at inaasahan na madadagdagan pa ito.
